WIGGEN Holding GmbH is an owner-managed group of companies that are specialized in acquisition and operating strategic spin-offs from companies / corporate groups as well as “start-ups”. Furthermore, we are offering you to be our partner with a minority or majority participation, e.g. in the context of corporate succession.

Our goal is to build up and further develop a diversified company portfolio from a wide variety of industrial sectors and sectors which – under the umbrella of WIGGEN Holding – will continue to be integrated as much as possible, but if possible, evenly and independently. This diversification principle enables us to improve our earnings opportunities and minimize the risk of loss. Strategic Spin-Offs/Carve Out

We take over holistic technology- or production- areas from you, which does not longer fit into your strategic portfolio, or which will not represent core technologies in your company in the future. Our goals are, the complete transfer and integration of the existing machines / production lines, systems or assembly facilities into an existing production system, or alternatively the spin-off into completely new green field structures. In this way, we guarantee the lowest possible technological and supply risks for our customers through maximum process stability and contractually agreed availability of capacities. Furthermore, our approach enables you to minimize processing and closure costs, as well as sustainable cost and planning security for the next few years.

3. Company valuation based on the results and the liquidity trend of the last 3 years and the next 3 years to come (forecast)
4. Examination of legal and economic framework conditions
5. Definition of different scenarios and option- recommendations for the seller
6. “Make or Break Scenario” -> decision-making process with the seller
7. In the case of “make”, an interdisciplinary project team will be defined to execute the transaction
8. In the event of a “break”, the proposed transaction is closed
