WIGGEN Holding GmbH is an owner-managed group of companies that are specialized in acquisition and operating strategic spin-offs from companies / corporate groups as well as “start-ups”. Furthermore, we are offering you to be our partner with a minority or majority participation, e.g. in the context of corporate succession.

5. Definition of different scenarios and option- recommendations for the seller
6. “Make or Break Scenario” -> decision-making process with the seller
7. In the case of “make”, an interdisciplinary project team will be defined to execute the transaction
8. In the event of a “break”, the proposed transaction is closed
